Bharati Trading Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (BTEPL) traces its origins to its consulting arm, Bharati International Trade Consultancy (BITC) — established to assist national and global commodity traders in structuring bulk shipment and long-term off-take contracts across sectors such as coal, minerals, and industrial chemicals. Through BITC, the company built deep domain expertise in international trade facilitation, logistics coordination, and project feasibility assessment for both importers and exporters.

In parallel, the consulting division also diversified into renewable-energy advisory, supporting investors and financiers in the design, engineering, and execution of solar power plant projects across India. These consulting and EPC-support capabilities laid the foundation for BTEPL’s evolution into a comprehensive Trade and Consulting Services enterprise, blending intellectual, technical, and operational expertise across commodities and clean-energy infrastructure.

Incorporated in 2012, the company commenced operations by consulting/advisory key international producers and users of coal/iron-ore/sulphur/solar panels/etc… through medium-term off-take arrangements.
